Overview

As a Pleo Customer Onboarding Manager, you will oversee and execute the onboarding process for customers across Europe & the UK, ensuring a smooth and memorable journey.

In Short

  • Manage the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Identify objectives and effective rollout plans with customers.
  • Align on project timelines and integration requirements.
  • Configure Pleo for users, including compliance and integration.
  • Provide consulting and training to drive user adoption.
  • Maintain strong relationships and gather feedback.
  • Assist in preparing data and communication materials.
  • Conduct final review calls and facilitate handover to Customer Success Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Track efforts for revenue recognition.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of customer-facing experience in Customer Onboarding or Customer Success.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and financial workflows.
  • Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent planning and risk management abilities.
  • Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Fluency in English; French is a bonus.
