Overview

The HR Experience Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR Experience function, ensuring compliance and efficiency across Deel’s global HR services.

In Short

• Manage the employee lifecycle across Deel’s Employee of Record services.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and operational rules.
• Contribute to HR product planning and scoping.
• Participate in HR interviews.
• Manage administrative tasks related to EORs.
• Support EORs and clients with HR-related queries.
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement regional HR operations compliant with SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure quality of HR operations in assigned countries.
• Act as a subject matter expert for operational quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR operations, preferably globally.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience managing HR processes across multiple countries.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance.
