Overview

As the Account Executive for Expansion in the Mid-Market segment, you will be responsible for driving growth within existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities while strengthening client relationships.

In Short

  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill client needs.
  • Engage cross-functionally for new product development and strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate SFDC data for accounts and forecasts.
  • Resolve complaints and improve processes.
  • Act as a client advocate focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
  • Build rapport and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, especially in mid-market account management.
  • Proven ability to nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Consultative approach to understand client needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
  • Commitment to exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Native or proficient in any CEE & Baltics language and English.
  • Experience managing B2B clients in the CEE & Baltics region.
  • Location in CEE or Baltics countries is required.
