We're currently looking for an experienced Expansion Account Executive, Mid-Market to join our dynamic sales team. You would play a crucial role in driving sales growth by effectively engaging and managing relationships with customers in the mid-market segment. You will bring your expertise in navigating larger deals and have a proven track record of success in expanding client accounts.

This is a key role within the organization, as MaintainX has seen (and will continue to see) triple-digit, year-over-year growth; thus, creating a need for world-class client care and management.

The ideal Expansion Account Executive, Mid-Market will be fanatical about customer success and growth. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wishing to be a part of both client retention and expansion. In Short

  • Ownership of a “book of business” from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion.
  • Leverage experience in navigating larger deals for expansion opportunities.
  • Proactive approach in identifying customer needs and providing innovative solutions.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction.
  • Manage multiple tasks such as client requests, demos, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Become a master of using systems like Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Accurately manage sales pipeline and forecast expansion opportunities.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of customer interactions and deals.
  • Embrace the entrepreneurial mentality of building something new.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, particularly in account management.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding client accounts in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in navigating complex sales cycles and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  • Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships.
  • A positive, passionate, and creative mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
