Overview

Deel is looking for an Account Executive, Expansion (Mid-Market) to build strategic relationships with existing clients to drive revenue and maximize client lifetime value.

In Short

  • Identify and generate revenue through upsell and cross-sell to existing customers
  • Proactively manage a book of accounts, including decision maker relationships
  • Consult clients on internal processes to drive change and expand product use
  • Lead business reviews and execute plans to deliver maximum revenue potential
  • Develop and forecast a sales pipeline through engagement and outreach
  • Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue quotas

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in sales or account management
  • Full sales cycle ownership from identifying opportunities to closing contracts
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
  • Ability to simplify complex matters
  • Quick with numbers and focused on delivering world-class service
