Overview

This role involves supporting customers with technical issues related to DBeaver's enterprise products, helping them unlock the power of their databases.

In Short

Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to DBeaver products
Diagnose incidents occurring during software operation
Coordinate with support engineers and engineering teams
Reproduce customer issues to improve the product
Participate in documentation and knowledge article creation

Requirements

Experience with Postgres, MySQL, or SQL-based databases
Experience with additional SQL-based or NoSQL databases
Experience programming in or debugging Java
Exposure to software networking or containerization
Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, Azure
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written communication skills
