Overview

This role involves supporting customers with technical issues related to DBeaver's enterprise products, helping them unlock the power of their databases.

In Short

  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to DBeaver products
  • Diagnose incidents occurring during software operation
  • Coordinate with support engineers and engineering teams
  • Reproduce customer issues to improve the product
  • Participate in documentation and knowledge article creation

Requirements

  • Experience with Postgres, MySQL, or SQL-based databases
  • Experience with additional SQL-based or NoSQL databases
  • Experience programming in or debugging Java
  • Exposure to software networking or containerization
  • Experience with cloud environments like AWS, GCP, Azure
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
