Overview

The Manager, Global Trade Export Operations is responsible for facilitating compliant US export transactions and managing a team of analysts in the US, ensuring effective export operations and compliance with regulations.

In Short

• Lead a team of Global Trade Export Operations analysts.
• Manage SAP GTS export shipment support and manual export reviews.
• Ensure compliance with US export regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for exports outside an ERP system.
• Conduct risk assessments and evaluate export processes.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance on export activities.
• Handle EEI filing accuracy and respond to Census reports.
• Integrate export activities of acquired companies.
• Drive organizational change and compliance culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Global Trade, preferably in med-tech.
• 1-3 years in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of US Export Administration regulations.
• Experience with SAP GTS and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in leading trade strategies and IT solutions.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Licensed US Customs Broker preferred.
