Compensation Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Compensation Data Analyst to join our team in our Seattle or Portland offices. This position offers the flexibility to be fully remote while working within reasonable commuting distance from one of our offices.

In Short

• Provides ongoing data and analysis support to the Attorney Compensation Manager.
• Responsible for data provision of the annual Associate Compensation process.
• Provides routine analyses including monthly hours statistics.
• Ongoing document management and tracking related to attorney contracts.
• Works closely with Payroll staff for accurate processing of attorney payments.
• Maintains Attorney Compensation SharePoint.
• Responsible for updating budget hours and administering year-end processes.
• Assists with internal and external survey data provision.
• Participates in team quality assurance activities.
• Project assignments as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years in analyst/compensation role, required.
• Advanced skill level in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, and SQL applications preferred.
• Ability to understand and interpret financial and performance data.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Previous experience in a law-firm or professional services organization preferred.
• BA/BS required, degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Economics preferred.
