Client Experience Relationship Manager - Remote

This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the top law firms in the U.S.! Davis Wright Tremaine LLP is looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join our team in our Seattle office. We offer a hybrid work engagement with two days of remote work, and three days in-office.

In Short

• Manage client interactions and increase client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with partners and project teams.
• Lead the creation of annual client team strategic plans.
• Analyze industry trends to identify client needs.
• Oversee financial data and alternative fee arrangements.
• Coordinate client engagement and business development events.
• Drive service innovation and improve service delivery.
• Support lawyers in identifying new work opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with outside counsel guidelines.
• Foster a culture of inclusion and community involvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in a law firm or professional services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
• Lean, Lean Six Sigma, PMP or similar certification preferred.
• Understanding of alternative fee arrangements.
• Experience presenting to small groups and decision-makers.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with legal technology tools.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and write in English.
