Overview

The Client Partner, Life Sciences is responsible for understanding their assigned customer’s entire business in order to drive growth, retention and satisfaction. You will own the account relationship across all Life Sciences offerings.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Hold ultimate responsibility for bookings and revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional experts in the strategic sales processes.
  • Leverage deep knowledge of client’s organizational structure.
  • Gather valuable feedback from customers on market challenges.
  • Collaborate across the organization to achieve goals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales or business development.
  • Deep understanding of life sciences companies.
  • Experience selling complex solutions and driving revenue growth.
  • Highly consultative, hands-on, and collaborative.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with Google suite and Salesforce.com.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
