As the manager of the Digital Natives Solutions Architect (SA) team, you will focus on growing and developing a team of SAs, driving the adoption of the Databricks Platform at the largest, fastest-growing tech companies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the data space with a technical product.

• Inspiring a team vision about the digital natives business.
• Experience managing workloads with sales and engineering counterparts.
• Experience owning executive alignment in accounts.
