As part of our GSC Americas team, you’ll play a key role in strengthening Finance capabilities, supporting technical training, and coaching professionals across our global network. In Short

  • Deliver and continuously improve technical training programs within the ATR vertical.
  • Facilitate learning sessions (virtual and in-person) focused on finance systems, processes, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives for new and existing team members.
  • Coach and mentor employees in the application of finance tools and policies.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure learning content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with global standards.
  • Contribute to building a strong learning culture through active collaboration across regions.
  • Measure learning effectiveness and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure training delivery is aligned with business goals and performance expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in Finance roles, preferably within Accounts Payable.
  • Demonstrated experience in training delivery, coaching, or facilitation.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel (Intermediate: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
  • English – B2 or higher (you’ll be interacting with global teams!).
  • Strong Communication & Facilitation Skills.
