Overview

The SENA Intern for the Customer Experience (CX) 4PL team is responsible for supporting several assigned 4PL accounts or teams, ensuring the efficient execution of tasks and monitoring data quality throughout the supply chain process.

• Monitor data quality at various supply chain levels.
• Collaborate with origin offices to follow client SOPs.
• Conduct invoicing audits for 3PL and 4PL services.
• Upload documents and ensure system updates.
• Track ocean/air milestones and manage bookings.
• Elaborate reports as needed.
• Communicate task execution status to internal teams.
• Utilize invoicing request tools effectively.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency and attention to detail.
