Overview

The Transformation Leader will spearhead the transformation office at Maersk India/South Asia, focusing on strategic initiatives to enhance logistics operations and drive long-term growth.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in logistics or consulting.
• Strong credentials in EXIM logistics with experience in ICD/Rail business.
• Proven ability to lead complex programs in a matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of inland logistics and overall logistics landscape in India.
• Experience engaging with government bodies and logistics partners.
• Prior experience in Tier 1 Consulting or Global EXIM logistics is desirable.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Project management and operational excellence skills.
• Analytical mindset with financial orientation.
