Tech Transformation Lead - Remote

Overview

As a member of the Capco Technology Delivery Team, you’ll bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices. You’ll play an integral role using your experience and skills to contribute to the quality and implementation of our projects.

• Develop and execute comprehensive technology transformation strategies tailored to the Financial Services sector.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, transformation leadership, or IT consulting.
• Demonstrated success leading initiatives within the Financial Services industry.
• Proven ability to interface with C-suite executives.
• Experience leading transformation initiatives in Capital Markets, such as trading platforms, risk management systems, or compliance tools is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of modern IT architectures, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in enterprise system modernization and integration in Financial Services.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.
