Overview

Wavenet is seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic Wholesale Channel team, supporting over 400 independent resellers and driving revenue exceeding £25m per annum.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of partners with revenue responsibility exceeding £2m per annum.
  • Drive growth through cross-selling Cyber Security services and other core products.
  • Prospect and generate new partner relationships from pre-defined target accounts.
  • Build strong partner relationships to understand pain points and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Own the commercial relationship between Wavenet and its partners.
  • Resolve partner queries and issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver against personal revenue and profit targets.
  • Stay up to date with market developments and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Account Management or Sales within the telecoms or technology sectors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships at all levels.
  • Target-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security products and services is highly desirable.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and passionate about delivering customer excellence.
