Modern Workplace Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Wavenet is seeking a Modern Workplace Product Manager to take ownership of the full lifecycle management of our technical portfolio, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Managed Desktop, and Modern Workplace solutions.

In Short

• Develop and launch new Modern Workplace products and services.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from introduction to retirement.
• Conduct market research to identify risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Create and manage product roadmaps and business plans.
• Work with the commercial team on pricing strategies and cost models.
• Collaborate with sales teams for positioning, training, and sales enablement.
• Maintain supplier relationships and review contract terms.
• Drive continuous improvement and transformation of legacy products.

Requirements

• Proven background in designing, developing, or implementing Modern Workplace services or solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical solutions alongside commercial, go-to-market, and sales strategies.
• Ability to analyse data and insights to inform product and service decisions.
• Experience working in virtual, geographically dispersed teams and engaging cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with sales and operational processes and their interaction with project and service delivery teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively with attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Microsoft (Modern Workplace) and ITIL certifications are advantageous but not essential.
