Overview

The CyberRisk Collaborative (CRC) is looking for a Director, Strategic Accounts to grow a territory through tenacious prospecting, consultive selling and upselling, and strong management of current and prospective clients.

In Short

  • Develop a solid understanding of the cybersecurity marketplace.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business for CRA Learning portfolio.
  • Grow a customer base through re-engaging dormant accounts.
  • Communicate CRA Learning's value proposition effectively.
  • Develop a territory sales plan to achieve revenue goals.
  • Hit/exceed event and territory revenue targets.
  • Maintain opportunities and sales status within the CRM system.
  • Provide expert client service and support.
  • Collaborate with the team to share customer insights.
  • Travel to regional events across the US as needed.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of sales experience in trade shows or live events.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to forge relationships with clients.
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM system is a plus.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of IT and cybersecurity markets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to industry trends.
  • Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI technologies.
