Overview

The Strategic Accounts Director will be responsible for retaining and upselling some of Garner’s largest employer clients, collaborating with account managers to ensure excellent client experiences and driving improved Net Revenue Retention.

Requirements

  • Deep health plan design and benefits knowledge
  • 7+ years in account management or sales in employee benefits
  • Commercial focus on retention and growth
  • Proven results in achieving retention and upsell targets
  • Self-starter in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Problem solver in ambiguous situations
  • Strong communicator
  • Desire to improve the healthcare system
