Overview

As a Director, Strategic Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving the commercial strategy for client renewals and growth, ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while meeting commercial targets.

In Short

  • Gather and analyze client feedback for product development.
  • Travel to key clients for workshops and networking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in direct client management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong sales and renewal pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of brand strategy and consumer insights.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to mentor team members.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy for clients.
  • Experience building customer relationships at a senior level.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
