Sales Development Representative - Remote

Overview

As a Sales Development Representative on Suzy’s new business team, you will be the first line of communication with future Suzy customers, aiming to open doors, spark curiosity, and qualify opportunities that align with Suzy’s agile research platform.

In Short

• Research, identify, and engage target accounts across various verticals.
• Craft personalized email and social campaigns to generate interest.
• Make cold calls and conduct qualification conversations to uncover needs.
• Partner with AEs on account-based strategies and territory planning.
• Track all activities and notes in Salesforce with discipline.
• Maintain a high level of product and market fluency.
• Participate in weekly sales stand-ups and collaborate on messaging.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of outbound SDR experience at a SaaS company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
• Grit, curiosity, and a desire to progress into full-cycle sales.
• Ability to hit or exceed outreach and meeting quotas.
