Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Service Associate to ensure seamless event experiences for our attendees. The primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service to our clients and attendees at every stage of the event, from pre-event preparations to post-event follow-ups.

In Short

  • Implement and oversee quality assurance procedures
  • Conduct regular evaluations of customer interactions
  • Utilize Swoogo platform for event registration management
  • Monitor registration progress and resolve issues
  • Provide outstanding customer service to attendees
  • Maintain understanding of event agendas and logistics
  • Manage distribution of CPE certificates
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in hospitality or customer service
  • Experience in live event roles preferred
  • Proficiency in event management platforms
  • Strong communication skills and empathy
  • Positive attitude and ambition to learn
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to events at least 6 times a year
  • Interest in leveraging AI technologies
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Stay updated on industry trends
