We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, Virtual Events to join the CyberRisk Alliance's (CRA) Enterprise Marketing team, an entrepreneurial team focused on building and elevating a portfolio of cybersecurity conferences and events.
In Short
Collaborate with the Head of Event Marketing to implement integrated marketing strategies for virtual events.
Ensure timely completion of all marketing deliverables.
Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies focusing on various promotional channels.
Coordinate email campaigns to promote events.
Design and optimize registration pages for events.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of event websites.
Utilize social advocacy platforms to amplify event messaging.
Implement automated communication workflows for event promotion.
Generate and distribute discount codes to incentivize registration.
Utilize basic design skills to create promotional materials.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in event marketing.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with graphic design tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Prior experience in event registration platforms is a plus.
Passion for events and commitment to exceptional attendee experiences.
Willingness to travel for events as required.
