Overview

The Senior Account Executive will manage the full sales cycle for direct and indirect deals in Indonesia, focusing on building strategic relationships and driving new business success.

In Short

  • Manage the full sales cycle in the assigned territory.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and third parties.
  • Leverage existing relationships to connect at the CXO level.
  • Cross-sell and upsell in existing accounts.
  • Acquire new customers and expand into new industry segments.
  • Target and penetrate at the CxO and IT levels.
  • Articulate and present the value proposition effectively.
  • Forecast and manage the sales funnel process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through collaboration with channel partners.
  • Negotiate terms and manage total account ownership.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Track record of closing high-value deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Experience in selling subscription and cloud business.
  • Familiarity with channel partners and the partner landscape.
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Ability to conduct executive-level presentations.
  • Strong customer-centric and success-oriented mentality.
  • Organized and efficient with CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
