Overview

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for driving top-line revenue by managing a territory of new clients, prospecting, conducting follow-up calls, emails, and demonstrations, as well as developing and closing opportunities with self-generated leads.

In Short

  • Identify and close business in assigned target accounts and generate new leads through networking and prospecting.
  • Establish and foster strong relationships with target accounts.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and strengthen prospect and customer relationships.
  • Consult and advise large, strategic customers.
  • Conduct virtual or in-person demonstrations for customers and prospects.
  • Deliver and maintain the required sales quota.
  • Effectively communicate NICE’s value proposition.
  • Manage sales funnel and update client information in CRM.
  • Research prospect companies and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Complete product training and continue to learn and develop knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of prior sales experience in enterprise software or similar.
  • Experience selling annual agreements with $120,000+ ACV.
  • Experience selling to C-suite roles and negotiating contracts.
  • Ability to travel when needed.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM.
  • Outstanding active listening skills and curiosity.
  • Familiarity with methodical sales methodology.
  • Internal motivation to meet assigned sales goals.
  • Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
