In Short

  • Responsible for executing a strategic sales plan within assigned territory.
  • Focus on revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including solution engineering and marketing.
  • Develop and execute a strategic territory plan targeting key organizations.
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that articulate business value.
  • Lead complex sales cycles with a solution-based approach.
  • Manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Provide guidance to Business Development Representatives.
  • Maintain accurate information within the CRM system.
  • Develop partnerships with public cloud providers.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience managing complex sales processes in enterprise markets.
  • Ability to develop and close new client relationships.
  • Understanding of commercial open-source business models.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or SPIN.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.
