IT R&D Applications Specialist - Remote

Overview

CyberArk is seeking an IT R&D Applications Specialist to support the enterprise through the design, implementation, administration, and ongoing maintenance of critical R&D and collaboration platforms.

In Short

• Own the implementation and administration of Atlassian tools, primarily Jira and Confluence.
• Design and support infrastructure for Atlassian Data Center deployments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for application support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Manage access controls and application security.
• Coordinate with vendors for software upgrades and system migrations.
• Document processes and best practices.
• Support additional collaboration tools as needed.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in IT applications support or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence administration.
• Experience with JIRA implementation and customization.
• Proven ability to manage implementation projects and system upgrades.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with security best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
