Application Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Application Specialist will provide first-call resolution support for hosted eDiscovery applications and infrastructure services, assisting with monitoring and troubleshooting while adhering to documented policies and procedures.

In Short

• Provide L1-L2 technical support for eDiscovery applications.
• Monitor server and storage resources.
• Respond to and resolve customer-submitted tickets.
• Execute SQL and PowerShell scripts for various tasks.
• Assist with data migrations from third-party environments.
• Onboard new partners or customers as required.
• Install software on servers or virtual environments.
• Create and maintain documentation like FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
• Adapt to evolving technology scenarios.
• Participate in alerts and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• CompTIA A+, Microsoft certification, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or eDiscovery.
• Knowledge of web-based applications and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with SQL and PowerShell scripting.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux operating systems.
• ITIL v3 or v4 certification preferred.
• Proficiency with eDiscovery applications like Relativity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
