Senior eDiscovery Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The eDiscovery Project Manager is responsible for managing eDiscovery projects from inception through fruition, including execution and delegation of various tasks. The role requires the ability to be hands-on, as well as the ability to function well in a matrixed team environment.

In Short

• End-to-end oversight of eDiscovery projects of all sizes and complexities.
• Advise clients on eDiscovery strategies from identification and collection through production.
• Primary client point-of-contact for project-related queries.
• Lead high level project/matter communication meetings.
• Responsible for creating, maintaining and communicating project timelines and budgets.
• Responsible for project-level reporting on metrics and deliverables.
• Coordinates across internal delivery verticals.
• Support the invoice process.

Requirements

• BA/BS or equivalent experience; MA in a relevant field a strong plus.
• 5+ years of eDiscovery Project Management experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of standard eDiscovery platforms including Relativity.
• Experience with analytics capabilities of various eDiscovery tools.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities and deadlines.
• A proactive problem-solver.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Relationship builder.

• Self-starter with superior work ethic.
