Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with a specialization in SQL Server and SSIS to join our development team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize complex database solutions and ETL processes using SQL Server and SSIS.

In Short

Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases and SSIS packages
Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
Develop ETL processes to integrate data from multiple sources into our data warehouse
Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues and data integrity problems
Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for database development

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
5 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on SQL Server and SSIS
Expertise in designing and developing SSIS packages for ETL processes
Strong knowledge of T-SQL, including stored procedures, functions, and query optimization
Experience with data warehousing and star schema data models
Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
