Sales Application Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Sales Application Specialist supports the sales team in selling, presenting, project managing, and implementing Natera’s prenatal education tool through accounts’ EMR systems. This role requires broad interaction with Natera’s EDI personnel, sales team, client stakeholders, and vendor resources to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

In Short

• Assist in selling and managing the implementation of prenatal education tools.
• Provide field support for existing prenatal education accounts.
• Collaborate with the sales team on new prenatal tool requests.
• Manage projects with the internal EDI Team.
• Provide training and on-site customer support for new implementations.
• Identify existing EMR interface issues and provide feedback.
• Analyze EMR utilization data to increase electronic order rates.
• Work closely with the EDI Team on key EMR initiatives.
• Handle PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the medical field.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems and lab workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
