As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Crunchbase, you'll be the go-to technical expert supporting the Revenue Organization and driving impact across the entire customer lifecycle. You'll bridge the gap between complex technical capabilities and business outcomes, serving as the trusted advisor who transforms data challenges into competitive advantages for enterprise clients.

Lead compelling technical product demonstrations showcasing Crunchbase's platform value
Design and execute hands-on proof of concepts (POCs)
Complete technical documentation including RFPs and security questionnaires
Generate tailored CSV data exports and technical solutions
Support Customer Success and Experience teams
Provide deep product expertise on data architecture and API capabilities
Assist with internal technical troubleshooting and process optimization
Implement internal tech tools for team efficiency
Enable the Revenue Org through internal training sessions
Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve workflows

Requirements

6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar roles in B2B SaaS
Deep understanding of APIs and data workflows
Strong knowledge of Salesforce and its integrations
Basic proficiency in JavaScript or Python and SQL
Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
Experience in pre-sales and post-sales initiatives
Hands-on experience with AI platforms and tools
Understanding of AI ethics and regulatory compliance
Experience with prompt engineering and large language models
Familiarity with AI/ML APIs and model deployment
