Overview

As an Outbound Sales Manager at Cropster, your goal is to develop meaningful client relationships and drive sales across all Cropster product lines, including Cropster Cafe. You will actively connect with cafes, roasteries, and wholesale businesses across different regions, identifying opportunities and guiding customers toward solutions that meet their needs.

  • Work collaboratively with the commercial team on lead activation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Utilize CRM tools for sales pipeline management.
  • Represent Cropster at industry events and workshops.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product management teams.
  • Analyze and report sales performance to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, preferably in B2B software or specialty coffee.
  • Deep understanding of the specialty coffee market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
