Overview

The Strategic Account Executive is responsible for managing relationships with corporate accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving sales results while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

In Short

  • Manage relationships with a defined group of corporate accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize efficiency and develop growth roadmaps.
  • Work with C-Suite executives to deliver value and build customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure value delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts to drive profitability.
  • Perform quarterly business reviews to provide KPIs.
  • Align with field directors and account managers on corporate initiatives.
  • Manage customer P&L to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Stay informed of market dynamics and risks.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% or more.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience with large accounts and complex customers.
  • Experience in B2B Healthcare Services preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with contracts, proposals, and business plans.
  • Proven track record in sales and marketing.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
