Overview

As an Account Executive at Covalo, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, while collaborating closely with the founders to drive revenue and ensure deal progression.

In Short

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
  • Work closely with founders to support sales efforts and maintain deal momentum.
  • Prepare and send proposals, emails, and contracts.
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date.
  • Convert pre-qualified leads into sales opportunities.
  • Adapt messaging for different customer profiles.
  • Track pipeline performance and provide insights for improvement.
  • Progressively take ownership of deals from execution to independent management.
  • Be part of a dynamic and motivated team focused on innovation.
  • Participate in team events and occasional travel for trade fairs.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or similar industries.
  • Ability to manage the full sales cycle effectively.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to build trust.
  • Organized and persistent approach to sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and modern sales technologies.
  • Fluent in English and either French or German.
  • Comfortable attending events and willing to travel.
  • Experience in a startup environment is a plus.
