Senior Growth Manager - Remote

At Covalo, we’re looking for a Senior Growth Manager to help scale user acquisition, traffic, and revenue. You’ll be joining at a pivotal stage, where you’ll have a crucial role: the foundations are in place, data is abundant, and the focus is now on accelerating growth.

• Identify, test and prioritize the most promising acquisition channels and growth levers.

• Work with Sales to improve lead qualification.

Requirements

• 5+ years in growth roles (preferably B2B or SaaS).
• Experience in acquisition, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
• Results driven with a track record of measurable growth.
• Comfortable experimenting aggressively.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into insights.
• Experienced in growth analytics and building dashboards.
• Familiar with marketing and analytics tools.
• Ability to connect and integrate tools for efficient pipelines.
• Passionate about discovering new tools and technologies.
