In Short

Support the company's growth by preparing and evolving processes and code base.
Enhance existing backend and frontend services by writing maintainable code.
Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements and ensure efficient development.
Contribute to development best practices by engaging in code reviews and maintaining high standards.
Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

Computer Science degree or similar.
3+ years of experience in the SaaS product or marketplace field.
Proven track record as a backend developer.
Experience with Java, REST API, Spring, and Relational databases.
Bonus: Experience with NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch.
Bonus: Exposure to startup and scale-up environments.
Familiarity with agile development approaches.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills and team player attitude.
Ambition to grow within the company.
