Overview

As the Storage segment within the Shelter Solutions Business Unit continues to thrive, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Sales to join our team. You will be instrumental in driving our strategic sales planning, customer satisfaction, and business development efforts across national accounts.

In Short

  • Lead a team of 3-5 sales/national account managers with an emphasis on large-scale accounts in the western US.
  • Oversee a portfolio exceeding $120 million, focusing on expanding margins alongside consistent volume growth.
  • Establish sales and margin targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Develop strategic sales plans to drive sales growth, customer segmentation, and customer stratification.
  • Collaborate with business development to maximize value from project specifications.
  • Work closely with cross-functional leaders to develop a coordinated go-to-market strategy.
  • Drive projects to enhance transactional efficiency and support customers effectively.
  • Direct the implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Foster a sales culture that prioritizes exceptional customer service.
  • Build, develop, and manage a sales team capable of executing sales and service initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field required.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, including executive-level roles.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in technical product selling.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to execute strategy and deliver superior results.
  • Remote office location is acceptable, with regular travel expected.
