Overview

We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Business Engineer to work on optimizing business processes and managing project ideas for our client in Bern.

In Short

• Clarification of project ideas and optimization of existing business processes
• Creation of project orders and evaluation of suitable suppliers
• Development and coordination of solution proposals according to business requirements
• Refinement of stories and business requirements into clear IT language
• Definition and maintenance of the project plan
• Ensuring transparent communication and relationship management with clients
• Implementation of quality assurance measures and promotion of collaboration between business and IT
• Experience in network construction and implementation of automated solutions
• Consolidation of project status reports and initiation of necessary measures
• Risk monitoring and adjustment of business processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in ICT management
• Knowledge in risk and quality management and application of agile methods
• Experience in process optimization and automation
• Ability to translate business requirements into IT language
• Experience in building system interfaces and data models
• Analytical thinking and strong consulting skills
• Persistence, implementation strength, and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Very good German and English skills
