We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Business Analyst focusing on sales processes in the insurance sector for our client in Zurich.

• Plan and conduct workshops to capture and optimize business processes with a focus on sales processes.
• Model and analyze business processes (BPM).
• Derive, document, and prioritize requirements for implementation teams.
• Create features and user stories.
• Work closely with departments and IT in agile teams.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance sector with a focus on sales processes.
• Certification in process modeling (BPM).
• Resilient personality with strong communication skills.
• Experience in agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
