Application Developer – Anaplan Model Builder - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and open-minded Application Developer - Anaplan Model Builder for our client in the insurance sector in Zurich. This project involves implementing the Anaplan Sales Incentive Module for calculating super commissions and managing the target distribution process for our agents in the Business Unit Switzerland.

• Implementation and configuration of the Anaplan Sales Incentive Module
• Development and maintenance of Anaplan models for calculations and target distributions
• Close collaboration with departments to analyze and implement requirements
• Optimization of existing processes in Sales Incentive and Compensation Management
• Support in testing, training, and rollout of the solution

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Model Builder in the Anaplan Sales Module
• Successfully completed Anaplan Model Builder Learning Path certification
• Proven implementation of several projects in Sales Incentive and Compensation Management in Switzerland
• In-depth knowledge of incentive and compensation systems in the Swiss insurance market
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and customer-oriented approach
• Fluent in German, good English skills are an advantage
