Overview

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue retention and growth in the cybersecurity industry.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling of additional services or products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue goals.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events.
  • Manage pipeline and own weekly forecasting responsibilities.
  • Lead and present business reviews onsite with customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success roles.
  • Proven track record of success in managing client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in the cybersecurity or software industry is a plus.
  • Fluent German speaker.
  • Sandler Sales Certified a plus.
