Overview

The Knowledge-Based Content Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all articles in the KB solution, while collaborating with various managers to keep training materials updated and relevant.

  • Manage and update knowledge-based content for the mortgage industry.

  • Participate in calibration sessions and analyze escalations.
  • Strong knowledge of FHA home mortgage programs required.

  • Experience in quality assurance or control in a call center environment.
  • Management experience in the mortgage industry is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Support professional growth and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience with Single Family FHA origination policies.
  • Five years of quality assurance or control experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in the residential mortgage finance industry.
  • Three to five years of management experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in systems and processes.
  • Experience in providing and receiving constructive feedback.
  • Ability to develop concise knowledge-based articles.
  • Experience managing support staff.
