Overview

CGS is seeking a highly skilled Auditor to provide general auditing and accounting services in support of fraud investigations involving potentially complex financial transactions and complex organizations attempting to evade detection.

In Short

• Provide general auditing and accounting services.
• Support fraud investigations involving complex transactions.
• Develop and draft technical audit guidelines.
• Analyze various accounting systems.
• Prepare concise and accurate reports of analysis results.
• Assist with planning investigations and identifying witnesses.
• Utilize electronic databases for asset identification.
• Perform ancillary investigation-related services.
• Meet with federal and state agency personnel as needed.
• Contribute to government innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Four-year undergraduate degree or higher in relevant fields.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in finance or accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to undergo background investigation.
• Experience with medical records and billing procedures is a plus.
• Relevant experience with legal or law enforcement entities preferred.
