Overview

The Knowledge & Community Manager will drive the development, implementation, and management of knowledge-sharing programs to support internal teams, partners, and customers, as well as the broader community of technologists leveraging ABBYY products.

In Short

  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a knowledge base.

  • Develop community-focused programs for customer support.
  • Define and track key metrics for program success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in knowledge management or technical enablement.
  • Strong understanding of AI trends.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with support delivery metrics and KPIs.
