In Short

  • Manage and optimize Manychat’s Help Center and other CX knowledge resources.
  • Develop and implement a knowledge management strategy.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly content.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Customer Support.
  • Drive translation and localization of Help Center content.
  • Monitor documentation performance using analytics tools.
  • Oversee knowledge management platforms configuration.
  • Refine Help Center’s structure and accessibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, education, business, technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Customer Service or related fields.
  • 2+ years in technical writing or knowledge management.
  • Experience creating AI-friendly content.
  • Proven track record in developing knowledge base content.
  • Experience localizing content for global audiences.
  • Familiarity with Help Center platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with SEO.
