The Knowledge-Based Content Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all articles in the Knowledge Management solution, while collaborating with various managers to keep training materials updated and relevant.

Requirements

  • Five years of experience with Single Family FHA origination policies.
  • Five years of quality assurance or control experience.
  • Three to five years in the residential mortgage finance industry.
  • Three to five years of management experience in a call center.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in systems and processes.
  • Experience in providing constructive feedback.
  • Ability to analyze and develop training materials.
  • Teamwork and flexibility are crucial.
