Overview

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist will support employees and managers through orientation and various learning programs, ensuring a positive onboarding experience and effective employee development.

In Short

• Lead facilitator of New Employee Orientation in Europe.
• Support leadership and management development programs.
• Coordinate in-person training events in EMEA regional hubs.
• Manage logistics for training sessions and events.
• Utilize LMS to track attendance for training events.
• Monitor L&D communication channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to propose ideas and create content.
• Provide technical support for training sessions.
• Build relationships across all organization levels.
• Strong organizational skills required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR, Onboarding, or Learning & Development.
• Experience with virtual and in-person facilitation.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience building and implementing employee programs.
