Overview

The Senior Learning and Development Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs that drive organizational success.

  • Stay current with trends in learning and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development.
  • Expert facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of designing leadership development programs.
  • Strong consulting skills.
  • Certification in Ken Blanchard SLII methodology is a plus.
  • Previous leadership experience preferred.
  • Experience in executive coaching is a plus.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
