• Maintain ethical standards with sensitive team member data.
• Conduct analyses to assess learning needs and measure training effectiveness.
• Produce engaging virtual and in-person training sessions.
• Prepare program evaluation reports to improve training initiatives.
• Develop training content such as presentations and e-learning modules.
• Utilize the ADDIE model for training program design.
• Coordinate training logistics and schedule sessions for maximum participation.
• Manage time and projects effectively in hybrid environments.
• Support L&D planning processes and maintain training records.
• Leverage various software tools to enhance training delivery.

Requirements

• 4-5+ years of experience using training software and LMS.
• Experience coordinating in-person and virtual events.
• Knowledge of the ADDIE model and learning theories.
• Ability to evaluate training effectiveness through metrics.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience creating diverse training materials.
• Education in a related field is required.
• Preferred certifications in Instructional Design.
